Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline and work ethic on the performance of employees of the tirta satria drinking water company, Banyumas Regency. The total population of this study was 241 employees. The sample in this research is 160 employees using simple random sampling technique. The analysis used is, t test and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are: (a) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (b) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (c) work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test shows the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment, work discipline, and work ethic on employee performance by 49.2%, while the remaining 50.8% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
