Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of rewards and job satisfaction on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Satria buana Pamula Sakti. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Satria Buana Pamula Sakti. The sample used in this study was 102 employees using a saturated sample. The analysis used is the Model Fit Test (F), t test, Sobel test, and the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of data analysis show that the reward variable has a significant positive effect on motivation, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on motivation, rewards do not have a significant positive effect on performance, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, motivation does not have a significant positive effect on performance, motivation does not mediate the effect of rewards on performance. performance, motivation does not mediate the effect of job satisfaction on performance.
