Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy, employee engagement and perceived organizational support on employee performance. The type of this study was quantitative research conducted in Perumdam Tirta Satria, Banyumas regency. The sampling method in this study was simple random sampling that generated 151 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that self-efficacy, employee engagement, perceived organizational support have a significant and positive effect on employee performance.
