This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction,
compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees (contract) of
Department of Transportation Banyumas Regency as many as 107 respondens using
incidental sampling techniques. The analysis used was the (F) test, (T) test, and
adjusted (R2).
Based on the F test, The results of this study are job satisfaction,
compensation and work discipline have significant effects on employee performance.
Based on the t test obtained (a) job satisfaction has significant effects on employee
performance, (b) compensation has no significant effect on employee performance,
(c) work discipline has significant effects on employee performance. Based on the
coefficient of determination adjusted R2 test shows that magnitudes of the influence
of job satisfaction, compensation and work discipline on employee performance are
45,3% while the remaining 54,7% is influenced by variables outside the research
mode
