PT. PLN (Persero) is a company that provides electricity in Indonesia and is a company owned by the Country. As a company that provides electricity needs of course PT. PLN (Persero) has the task of serving customers in distributing electricity. In general, the services provided by PT. PLN, namely selling electricity, connecting or installing new networks and adding power facilities. The purpose of this work practice is to find out the procedures, obstacles, and the estimated cost of new installations and additional electrical power for PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Purbalingga and problem solving in implementation. The methods and data collection used in the preparation of this field work practice report are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. At PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Purbalingga, especially in the service of new pairs and added power, has several obstacles in terms of distribution, namely the lack of KWH supply which is one of the important items in this case. So that there is a buildup in the customer queue for submitting new pairs and also adding electricity. Based on this, the company should supply the goods quickly and provide certainty of time so that customer satisfaction can be maintained.
