This research aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Organizational
Citizenship Behavior and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Employees
of PT. Putra Winareksa. The population in this research were 120 employees of
PT. Putra Winareksa. The data collection technique used was census method. The
data analysis technique used in this research is the instrument data test, classical
assumption test, multiple linear analysis. Based on the results show that Self
Efficacy has a negative and significant effect on employee performance,
Organizational Citizenship Behavior Behavior has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance and Spiritual Intelligence has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance
