The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, manajerial ownership, institusional ownership, size of the company and profitability on firm value. The population used in this study is a mining company registered on the Inonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2016-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 15 companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. This study indicate that variables of Corporate Social Responsibility do not affect firm value. In contrast, the manajerial ownership, institusional ownership, size of the company positively affect firm value. And profitability negative affect firm value.
