The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work of dicipline, motivation, leadeship style, supervision, reward and punishment toward police performance at the Banjarnegara Police. Questionnaires were used as a tool for data collection with purposive sampling method obtained 100 samples with several criteria. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results showed that discipline of work partially has negative effect toward police performance. Furthermore, motivation, leadership style, supervision, reward and punishment partially have positive effects toward police performance at the Banjarnegara Police.
