Survey activities conducted in Lazismu still use form paper B2 which fills in using
handwritten errors that still occur input errors when conducting interviews with prospective
mustahik in the field and misreading because each person's writings are different and data
collection is less organized, then made "Design Build E-Survey Application" based on
Android and use SQLite database to meet the functional needs of survey activities in Lazismu
Banyumas such as inputting data , change the data, delete the data and display the data that
has been left by the survey officer so that it can help survey officers in performing tasks to be
more efficient.
