The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motivation, perception and
consumer confidence on purchasing decisions of train tickets using the KAI Access
application. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, the technique
used is non random sampling. The population in this study were train passengers at
Purwokerto Station, the number of samples in this study amounted to 139
respondents. The research methods used in this study are the validity test, reliability
test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression
analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results, it is known that motivation,
perception and consumer confidence partially have a significant effect on purchasing
decisions. The variable that has the most influence on purchasing decisions is
consumer confidence.
