The purpose in this research was the effect of the effect of work family conflict, quality of work life and psychological contract on employee performance. The samle is thid research amounted to 138 respondents at CV. SN Jaya Prima. The analysis tool used multiple regression. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling.The results of this research indicate that the variabel work family conflict, quality of work life influence the performace CV. SN Jaya Prima. Meanwhile the psychological contract variable han on effect on employee performance. The reofere the leader of CV. SN Jaya Prima should pay attention to the variables of the effect of work family conflict and quality of work life because it has an influence on employee performance so that is can further improve employee performance and can achieve the goals of the company or organization.
