Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze and explain the effect of price, product quality, service quality on customer satisfaction at Nastari Coffee Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 120 respondents in customers of Nastari Coffee Purwokerto. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, while the data analysis tools used in this research were validity test, reliabity test, classic assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously price, product quality, and service quality had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Whereas partial variable price, product quality, and service quality had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.
