This study animed to 1) Describe the role of teachers in building self-confidence on victims of bullying one grade III students SD Cempaka 1, Bumijawa Tegal District. 2) to investigate the impact of bullying on student self-confidence. 3) to determine the form of bullying on grade III SD Cempaka 1, Bumijawa Tegal District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The participants of this study were 4 students of grade III, teacher and parents of students. The data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that there were several forms of bullying, namely physical, verbal, relational, and cyberbullying. The action of bullying resulted in the victims' behavior. The victims turned into a close-mouthed individual, a loner, terrified, and pessimist. Bullying decreased students self-confidence. A cooperative collaboration among the school, teachers, parents and the community is required to prevent bullying in elementary schools. The collaboration, especially parents, will be able to find out the situation of students.
