This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, financial compensastion and work involvement of employee performance in Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade. The independent variables in this study are transformational, financial compensastion and work involvement while the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The data collection technique using purposive sampling with a total sample of 142 respondent. Data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the analysis showed simultaneous transformational leadership, financial compensastion and work involvement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The research results partially show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While financial compensastion and work involvement have no significant effect on employee performance.
