This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), job characteristics and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. The population of 130 people who are employees of the production section of PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga and the sample used in this study amounted to 108 samples. The sampling technique used in this research is Non Probability Sampling and the data obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. The analysis used multiple linear regression using the SPSS 20 tool. The results of this study are based on the F test which states that simultaneously Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job characteristics and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the t test obtained; (a) Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on performance, (b) Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on performance, (c) Emotional intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect on performance.
