Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of service quality,
religiosity and knowledge on saving decisions to customers of Bank Syariah
Mandiri Banjarnegara. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling
techniques in this study use purposive sampling taking into account certain. The
sample used in this study was 110 respondents. Data analysis using IBM SPSS 20
with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, research instrument test,
classical assumption test, coefficient of determination.The hypothesis testing tool
used is the F test and t test. The results of the study explained that the quality of
service, religiosity and knowledge affect simultaneously and partially the decision
to save money to customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Banjarnegara.
