Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance, This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 200 samples. The respondents of this research are PT Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis tests. The result of data analysis shows that transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a not significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Performance. Based on the result of data analysis shows that the variable of commitment organizational that most influences the performance of employees.
