The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Managerial Ownership on Firm Value with Profitability as a moderating variable. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Obtained were 63 data. The method of analysis this study used multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that: (1) CSR has a positive effect on Firm Value, (2) Managerial Ownership has not effect on Firm Value, (3) Profitability weakness the relationship of CSR on Firm Value, (4) Profitability strengthens the Managerial Ownership relationship on Firm Value.
