The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work load variables, job insecurity and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using a probability sampling with a population of 130 people. This study took the subjects at the perum perhutani kesatuan pemangkuan hutan (KPH) balapulang. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that the variable work load has a significant effect on employee turnover intention, job insecurity has a significant effect on employee turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the variables of work load, job insecurity and job satisfaction have an effect on employee turnover intention variables.
