Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of discipline, compensation, work environment and leader policies on job satisfaction and job performance at the Banjarnegara Police. Questionnaires were used as a tool for data collection with purposive sampling method obtained 100 samples with several criteria. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results showed that discipline, compensation, work environment and leadership policies simultaneously or partially affected job satisfaction. Furthermore, discipline, compensation, work environment and leadership policies simultaneously or partially affect police performance at the Banjarnegara Police.
