Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Facilities, Servicescape and Locations on Consumer Satisfaction as a determinant of the existence of Consumer Satisfaction (On Waroenk Ora Umum Purwokerto). The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool in study. This study has a number of 100 respondents with a consumer population of Waroenk Ora Umum Purwokerto. The sample uses a purposive sampling technique with several criteria required. The result showed that simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction Waroenk Ora Umum Purwokerto. While partially facilities, servicescape, and locations have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction Waroenk Ora Umum Purwokerto.
