Abstract
This study aimed to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in the data presentation material through a quantum learning model in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 2 Pliken in Academic year 2018/2019. Learning achievement in this study involved three aspects; aspects of knowledge, attitude, and skills. Based on the results of observations carried out in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 2 Pliken, student learning outcomes aspects on knowledge was relatively low, aspects of attitudes and aspects of skills were also low. Therefore, the research was conducted as an effort to improve learning achievement. This research was a classroom action research. The design of this study used the Kemmis McTaggart model which consisted of 4 cycles. Each cycle consisted of 4 stages namely planning, action,observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Pliken totaled to 21 students. The object of this research was to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through a quantum learning model with TANDUR steps. Test and non test were used as data collecting techniques. The research instrument used observation sheets and test questions or
evaluation of learning outcomes. The results indicated that after taking action using a quantum learning model, the average value of the class on learning outcomes aspects of knowledge improved in cycle I obtained a percentage of mastery of 76%, cycle II 81%, cycle III 86%, and cycle IV 95%, these results had accomplished an
indicator of success that was equal to 80% that reached KKM = 70. The learning outcomes of the aspects of student attitudes in cycle I obtained a value of 2.06, cycle II 2.51, cycle III 2.73 and in cycle IV increased to 2.80 Then the results of students' skills in cycle I gained a value of 2.51, cycle II 2.49, cycle III 3.03 and increased in
cycle IV to 3.42.
