Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transactional leadership,
training, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Central Sandang
Jayatama Cilacap. The research sample was all 125 employees of PT Central
Sandang Jayatama Cilacap using simple random rampling techniques and data
obtained directly from respondents with the research instrument using a
questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive test, data instrument test,
classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that
the variables of transactional leadership, training and work discipline
simultaneously had an effect on employee performance. The results of the partial
analysis show that transactional leadership has no significant effect on employee
performance, training has a significant effect on employee performance, and work
discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.
