Abstract
This research aimed to determine the effect of training, competence and work
discipline on employee performance. The type of research is quantitative
research. Samples of this research were taken using saturated sampling with a
number of samples of 120 respondents. This research took the subject in PT.
Telkom Akses Purwokerto. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear
regression analysis. The results of this research showed that the training,
competence and work discipline have simultaneously significant effects on
employee performance. As partial: training has no effect on employee
performance, while competence and work discipline have significant effects on
employee performance.
