This study aims to analize the effect of financial literacy, financial attitude, and income of invesment decisions of civil servant teacher in West Purwokerto. Population of this study is civil servant teacher in West Purwokerto. Sample in this study amount to 125 people by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical tes, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on invesment decision, financial attitudes has a significant positive effect on invesment decision, and income does not have a significant positive effect on invesment decision.
