Purbalingga Regency is one of the districts in the province of Central Java which has a fairly large area and also has a large population. Based on the regulation of the health minister of the Republic of Indonesia number 71 of 2013 concerning health services that the public has the right to get guarantees in the form of health protection so that participants get the benefits of maintaining health and protection in meeting the basic health needs provided to every person who has paid contributions or is paid by the government. The health insurance provider, hereinafter referred to as BPJS health, is a legal entity established to carry out health insurance programs. Limited information from the Purbalingga district health service regarding information on health care services that serve health BPJS, especially hospitals and health centers, So far, ordinary people have only relied on word of mouth information about the location and services of health facilities serving BPJS. Health facility service mapping application was built to facilitate the public in accessing information and the location of health facilities that serve health BPJS in Purbalingga district. This application implements webservice technology that is supported by location-based services on android applications, so that users can easily access information about information services and location of health facilities wherever and whenever.
