The study animed to determine the effect of supervision, communication, physical and non physical work environments to wards employee performance. Populations in this srudy were employees of Matahari Departement Store. This quantitative used probability sampling methods, samples were taken by simple random sampling and obtained 120 respondents. Data were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, classical assummption test, multiple linier regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous). The results showed that as partial, both supervision and physical work environment have no effect toward employee performance while communication and non physical work environment have significantly positive effect toward employee performance. Furthermore supervision, communication, physical and non physical work environment have simultaneously significant effect toward employee performance of Matahari Departement Store.
