Abstract
This aim of research was to determine the effect of the application of azolla liquid organic fertilizer and guano compost on the growth and yield of red okra plants. The study was conducted by using Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consists of two factors. The first factor was the concentration of azolla liquid organic fertilizer (A) which consisted A0 (0 ml/L), A1 (50 ml/L), A2 (100 ml/L). The second factor was the dosage of guano compost which consist G0 (0 kg/plot), G1 (2 kg/plot), G2 (2,4 kg/plot). The results were analyzed by using the F test and it was continued by using the DMRT test at the 5% level. The results showed that the treatment of azolla liquid organic fertilizer did not significant to all variables except plant height at age 42 hst. The treatment of guano compost has no significant effect to all variables except amount of fresh fruits per plot and weight of fresh fruits per plot. The interaction of treatment of azolla liquid organic fertilizer and guano compost did not significantly affect all variables. The best treatment to the azolla liquid organic fertilizer was A0 (0 ml/L). The best provision of azolla compost was G2 (2,4 kg/plot). And there was no interaction of giving doses of azolla liquid organic fertilizer and guano compost to the growth and yield of red okra plants.
