This study aims to determine the effect of Third Party Funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Return on Assets (ROA) on Murabahah Financing at Islamic banks in Indonesia in 2013-2017.The dependent variable used in this study is murabahah financing, while the independent variable is non-performing financing, capital adequacy ratio, and return on assets.The object of this research is Islamic banking in Indonesia which is registered in the OJK (Financial Services Authority). This study used 54 research samples. The sampling method was determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that the variable of third party funds had a significant positive effect on murabahah financing, non performing financing had no effect on murabahah financing, the capital adequacy ratio had no effect on murabahah financing, while return on assets did not affect murabahah financing.
