study examines the effect of good corporate governance
on
corporate
performance. The dependent variable
used in this study is company’s
performance
as
proxied
by
ROA, while the independent variable
is
good corpor
ate governance
as
proxied
by
board of
directors, board of commissioner,
audit committee
, managerial ownership, and institusional
ownership. The population in this study
are
property and real estate companies listed
on
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in
period
2013
-
2016. The sample in the study was selected by
purposive sampling, an
d obtained

observation samples. The analysis technique used in this
study was multiple regression analysis. The result show
ed
that board of commissioner has
positive effect
on company’s performance, b
oard of directors has as negative effect
on
company’s performance, and a
udit commite, managerial ownership, institusional ownership
did not have effect on company’s performance.
