In the Indonesian economy, the Small and Medium Enterprises sector plays a very important role, especially if it is associated with the amount of labor that can be absorbed. Growth Rates of Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia is still very dependent on capital issues. Purwokerto Pasar Manis Sejahtera Cooperative is one of the financial institutions that has a vision to increase the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises. The need for a system to assess the feasibility of the borrower is a core requirement for the financing process to proceed smoothly. The need for a system that has accuracy in providing loan appraisal in Purwokerto Pasar Manis Sejahtera Cooperative is the background for choosing the Fuzzy method in this study. Using the RAD method in the system development process is expected to shorten the time in this study so that the system can be implemented in a short time.
