This research examines the effect of good corporate governance on company performance. Good corporate governance is proxied with audit committee, institutional ownership, manajerial ownership, independet commissioner and board of commissioner. The population in this research are The Property and Real Estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange between the periods 2013-2016. This research used purposive sampling method. This research used multiple linear regression as analysis instrument. The results showed that audit committee, institutional ownership, manajerial ownership, independet commissioner has not effect on company performance. While the board of commissioner has positive effect on company performane.
