The aim of research was (1) to identify the production process of red sugar done by producer in KubangkangkungVillage, (2) to analyze the marketing process of red sugar at Kubangkangkung Village, (3) to identifysocio-economic factors that influence production and marketing process of red sugar at Kubangkangkung Village,(4) to find out the problems and solutions faced by producers during production and marketing process of redsugar in Kubangkangkung Village. The research was conducted in Kubangkangkung Village. The research usedprimary and secondary data. The method of research was by survey with 35 respondents and 5 merchantcollectors. In the marketing channel, there are two channels in order to figure out the difference in prices, profitsand effective channels for red sugar producer.
