Abstract

The type of research used in this study is quantitative research to find out the effect
of compensation, job satisfaction and leadership. Independent variables in this
study are compensation, job satisfaction and leadership while the dependent
variable is employee performance. The object of this research is the employee of
PT. Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa Purbalingga, this study used 98 sample of
respondents. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling while the
data analysis techniques used in this research are test validity and reliability test,
classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis test. The result of
the analysis shows that partially compensation affects employee performance with
the value of titung≥ttabel (2,793≥1985), job satisfaction partially influence to
employee performance with thitung value (2,966≥1985), and leadership influence
to employee performance with tcount value ≥ttabel (2,322≥1985). The result of f
test shows that compensation, job satisfaction and leadership influence
simultaneously on employee performance with value fhitung≥ ftabel
(12,724≥2,703). Research implications for PT. Three Eternal Sons of Might have
been discussed in this study.
