This research aims to know the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Job Stress, and Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction case study on Shift production employees in PT. Prima Cahaya Indobeverage, Semarang. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. The result of this research have shown that, Tranformational Leadership Style, and Work Environment also positive significantly influence on the job satisfaction. Another indication, Job Stress variable have negative influence and not significantly on the Job Satisfaction. The Transformational Leadership Style, Job Stress, and Work Environment also have influence on the Job Satisfaction by simultanly.
