This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size, Sales Growth, Profitability and Liquidity to Capital Structure and Performance of Own Capital. The population in this study is the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Sampling using purposive sampling technique is the selection of samples with certain criteria, so the samples obtained in this study as many as 44 companies and selected as many as 31 companies that will produce 155 data company property and real estate sector. The data used is secondary data. Data collection was done by documentation technique and literature study. Data analysis used in this research is Descriptive Statistics Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis Testing.
The analysis results show that simultaneously Company Size, Sales Growth, Profitability and Liquidity have positive and significant influence to Capital Structure. Company Size, Sales Growth, Profitability and Liquidity have a positive and significant impact on the Performance of Own Capital. Partially Company Size has positive and significant effect to Capital Structure, Sales Growth has no effect to Capital Structure. Profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure. Partially Company Size and Profitability have positive and significant influence to Own Capital Performance, Growth of Sales and Liquidity have negative effect to Capital Performance.
