One of the important components in bank planning is budgetary. Budgetary is
a plan about activity in the future which identifies activity to reach the goal. The
accounting researchers found that the performance level was affected by several
factors including the huge role or staffs participations in arranging strategy,
budgetary spending, and management style. Based on that background, the writer
was interested to entitle “the effect of strategy changing, budgetary spending and
management style towards the performance of syariah bank in Cilacap regency
(An Empirical Study on Syariah Bank at Cilacap).
The research took 48 respondents which can be analyzed that 48 respondents was
general manager or intermediate level manager on 10 Syari’ah Bank in Cilacap.
The sampling technique was purposive sampling on which the method of
sampling used specific criteria based on the aim of the research.
The result of research by distributing questionnaire for 48 samples that could be
analyzed, then the conclusion was the testing result of strategy changing towards
the performance of Syari’ah Bank influenced positively and significantly. The
testing result among strategy changing, budgetary spending and management style
towards the performance of the bank could influence the relationship among
strategy changing, budgetary spending, and management style toward the
performance of Syari’ah Bank.
