Professional competence is the abiity of teachers to masster the subject matter is
broad and deep. This study uses a Fuzzy Inference System with Tsukamoto method to
determine the professional competence of teachers based on a web-based. In the
method of Tsukamoto each consequent to the rules in the form of IF-THEN be
represented by a set of fuzzy membership functions are monotone, as a result the output
result of each inference rule is given explicitly (crisp) by α-predicate (fire strength), the
result finally obtained by using a weighted average. The result of this study can be
obtained percentage value of the level of professional competence of teachers.
