This research aimed to know the effects of democratic leadership style, work motivation, and working environment through employer`s performance at PAJAJARAN Department Store in Banjar Patroman, Banjar City partially and simultaneously. This research used Simple Random Sampling method, it was a probability sampling type where the choosing sample of research was held by giving same opportunity for all population to be sample member, with criteria of contract employers. Analysis method of this research used multiple regression test with significant (α) 0,05 with t-test and F-test to examine hypothesis.
The result of this research concluded that democratic leadership style partially did not have significant effect on employer performance. Work motivation and work area partially had significant effect on employer performance. Democratic leadership style, work motivation and work area simultaneously had effects on employer performance.
