Abstract

Storage condition in each public health center affects the stability of the
drug’s quality. During storage period, drugs should not be kept in high
temperature, high humidity and direct sunlight exposure because it will induce or
accelerate the drug’s quality reduction process. The result of this research
suggests that public health centers in Purwokerto Timur 1 and Purwokerto Barat
have the lowest drug’s quality. The samples levels sets with UV-VIS
spectrophotometric method. The maximum wavelength used is 270.5 nm. Standard
curves were linear in the concentration 4-12 ppm has linear equation y = 0,405 x
+ 0,0358, LOD of 0,814 ppm 2,716 ppm and the LOQ and RSD are 1.314%. The
level respectively of each Puskesmas such as Puskesmas I of North Purwokerto
37,078 mg / tablet, and Puskesmas II of 39,059 mg / tablet, Puskesmas I of East
Purwokerto 36,925 mg / tablet, Puskesmas II of East Purwokerto 40,917 mg /
tablet, South Purwokerto 43,518 mg / tablet. and for West Purwokerto 36,559
mg/tablet.
