Frame is a part of building that connets of space for door, window or circulation. Frame can be made of wood or aluminium. In this research, the writer tried to compare the unit of frame and wokers needed in making aluminium frame or wooden frame in house type 36 and type 54. The writer limited this research in Duta Graha Golden Wisata Purwokerto type 36 and type 54, cover the cost of materials and wokers. The writer used SNI 3434-2008 to analyze the cost usage of wooden construction for each wooden service cost for building contruction and housing and SNI-7393-2008 for aluminium frame. This research showed the total cost for wooden furnished frame for house type 36 is Rp. 2.000.104,- while aluminium frame needs Rp. 4.359.291,-. The total cost for the laban wood for house type 54 needs Rp. 4.957.092,- it used aluminium needs Rp. 6.669.582,- more expensive than laban wooden frame.
