This research aimed to test the effect of the accountant information on the surrounding uncertainty, task and organization culture uncertainty to the managerial performance. The sampling method used in this research was by sensus method that was all the chief department of the headquarter and unit of bank Rakyat Indonesia in Purbalingga Regency consisting of Assistant Manager, Account officer, The Unit Chief and Supervisor. The analysis was by double linear regression with significance point of (α) 0,05. This result of this research showed that accountant information affected on the managerial performance with the significance point of 0,000 less than 0,05. The uncertainty of surrounding does not affect on managerial performance with the significance point of 0,891 more than 0,05. The uncertanty of task affected on the managerial performance, with the significance point of 0,006 less than 0,05. The culture organization affect on managerial performance, with the significance point of 0,049 less than 0,05.
