The purpose of study is to out and analyse the effect of good corporate governance
(GCG) measure by board independence, audit committee and institutional ownership,
corporate social responsibility (CSR), capital structure (DER) and financial performance
(ROA) and (ROE) toward firm value. The object of this study was all the go public mining
with 39 companies. Based on the data completion, the were only 25 companies as the
samples in the observation period of 2012-2014.
The independen was the firm value measure by price to book value (PBV). The data
analysis used consisted of the analysis of classical assumption test, determination, T test, F
test, and multiple linier regression. The results showed independent board is not in
discussions t test. The findings showed that ROA had positive effect on firm value, and audit
committee, institutional ownership, CSR, capital structure and ROE did not have any positive
effect on firm value.
