Lecturer performance assessment is very imortant to evaluate and plan the
future. The lecturer performance assessment should be absolutley done to konw
the achievement that will be attained by every lecturer. One of the effort of
university to guarante the graduates quality as well as teaching and learning
process is by improving lecturer performance. The quality of universityis
determined by minimally three factors, those are: student, lecturer, and facility of
teaching and learning. Those there factors are connected and suporting one
another in creating a good learning process. Certifitation bureau (LPM) is an
authorizhed bureau to give assessment to lecture performance at Muhammadiyah
University of Purwokerto, the assessment. Based on the existing condition, it
(LPM) at Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto in assessing lecturer
perfoormance by improving assessment method and giving the most appropriate
alternative recommendation to get appreciation for every lecturer’s performance.
The method used in decision supporting system that will be built is simple additive
weighting (SAW).
