The aim of this research was to reveal the students’ satisfactory toward the academic service in University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto viewed from score, hopes, and performance. The survey was to the students of University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.
In this research, the researcher did the sampling by distributing the questionnaire . the total of sample was 110 respondents. The method used was servqual method.
The calculation of the servqual method showed that the students had been satisfied with the service given by the academic service of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto with the positive gap of 1309 meaning that the students had been satisfied with the service given by academic service of UMP.
