This study aims to analyze the influence of likuidity, company size, size of
the board of commissioners and profitability have effect on corporate social
resposibility in company listed in indonesian stock exchange in green proper
categroy at 2008 – 2011. The sampling method was purposive sampling at the
category green proper company and listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. in 2008
- 2011. The analysis method is multiple linear regression with the significant level
(α) 0.05.
The results of this study indicate that likuidity affect the corporate social
resposibility, with significan value 0,001 less than 0,05. Company size affect the
corporate social resposibility, with significan value 0,899 more than 0,05. Size of
the board of commissioners affect the corporate social resposibility, with
significan value 0,682 more than 0,05. Profitability affect the corporate social
resposibility, with significan value 0,156 more than 0,05.
