The research entitle “ the effor to improve skill of writting argumentation
paragraph with brainstorming method at the 9 grade students of MAN Purwokerto I
2010/2011”. The aim of this research was to increase the abiling of writing
argumentation paragraph at the 9 grade of MAN Purwokerto I.
The subject of the research were the students at 9 grade students of MAN
Purwokerto I which consist of 36 studentd. With 9 men students and 27 girl students.
The process of this research have been done in 2 siclus. Every siclus conrist of 2
meeting. Each of this siclus have been done 4 steps. Those arc planning,
implementating, monitoring, and reflection. The technique that used in collesting
data was tes. Which consist of pretest, posttest I, posttest II, and non test were some
paper to observe the students activities and teacher it self. Whil the data analysis
were descriptive kuantitatif and kualitatif.
The result of this research showed that in every siclus. Had been increase. In
pretest which apropriate with KKM 67 were 10 students with 29% and the average of
the class 63,11. The first siclus has significant level were 24 students with 69% and
the average of the class 73,09. The second siclus has significant level 34 students
with 94% with the average of the class 82,97
