This research aimed to know the effect of size, business risk, growth, asset structure,
and profitability toward capital structure. This research used quantitive design. The
population of this research was all of manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia
Stock Exchange 2010-2014 in misc-ind sector, while sample of this research was 35
companies misc-ind sector. The method of this research used purposive sampling.
Data analysis used regression linier analysis and processed using software SPSS
version 21.
The result of this research shows that the size have any positive and significant effect
on capital structure. Business risk and profitability have negative significant effect
on capital structure. While asset structure and growth didn’t have any significant
effect on capital structure.
