The purpose of this research is to know about PLN (persero) UPT Purwokerto
company performance with four perspective on balanced scorecard they are
financial perspective, costumer perspective, internal business perspective and
growth and learning perspective. The sample in this research is costumer taken
with purposive sampling method and employees taken with random sampling
method. The analysis method in financial perspective measure with current ratio,
working capital to total asset, solvability and rentability. For costumer perspective
measure with descriptive statistic. Internal business perspective measure with
respon, service and employee’s produktifity. Growth and learning perspective
measure with employee’s produktifity, employees turn over and employees
satisfaction.
Based on the analysis, conclude that PLN (persero) UPT Purwokerto company
performance has a good quality measured on costumer perspective, while from
financial perspective, business internal perspective and growth and learning
perspective not good enough.
