This research is a quantitative research to find on out the effect of
financial literature, self-efficacy, cognitive style and personal income toward
mindset financial. The independent variable in this research were financial
literature, self-efficacy, cognitive style and personal income and the dependent
variable was mindset financial.
The object of research was businessmen in some sub district of Banyumas
regency with the sample 100 respondents. The technique of collecting the data is
purposive sampling and the technique of analyzing the data was by validity and
reliability test, descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, multiple regression
analysis and hypothesis test.
The result of the research showed that partially, financial literature
affected on the mindset financial with the tcount of 2.156 > ttable of 1.983, the selfefficacy
did not affect on mindset financial with the tcount of -0.360 < ttable of 1.983,
then cognitive style affected partially toward mindset financial with the tcount of
2.450 > ttable of 1.983, and partially, personal income affected toward mindset
financial with the tcount 2.269 > ttable of 1.983.
